I ate about 11 this morning, so we'll call it brunch.

I had 2 scrambled egg muffins with eggs, sausage, mushrooms, gouda cheese, spinach, onions, garlic, bell pepper, salt and pepper.  I also had some celery with ranch, two big tomato slices, two strawberries and some grapes.

For lunch I had a chicken breast.  No veggies or anything. 

My neices came over this evening and I decided to cook a pork tenderloin to feed us all.  The girls had tenderloin, mashed potatoes, broccoli, yellow squash and strawberries and grapes for dessert.

I just had tenderloin, broccoli, and yellow squash.  (I was cutting up the girls meat and ended up cutting mine up too, LOL)
